EULA - Emoji Magia

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and MOTHblank ("Licensor") for the Emoji Magia software, including its game content, updates, and associated services (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

MOTHblank grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Emoji Magia for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to this EULA and the applicable platform terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell, or commercially exploit the Software or its assets without prior written permission.
Copy, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Use cheats, automation, exploits, tampering, or other methods intended to manipulate purchases, virtual currency, rewards, progression, advertising rewards, or online services.
Use the Software in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. MOTHblank retains all rights, title, and interest in Emoji Magia and its original code, game systems, graphics, audio, interface, designs, documentation, and other original assets, except for third-party materials used under their respective licenses.

4. Virtual Currency, Digital Items, and Purchases

Emoji Magia may include virtual currency, digital items, Premium access, rewarded advertising, and other digital benefits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items and currencies are licensed for use within the Software, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money.

Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms, billing rules, refund policies, and account requirements. Availability and pricing of digital products may change over time.

5. Online and Account-Backed Features

Some features may rely on Google Play services or MOTHblank-operated services, including purchase verification and account-backed economy synchronization. These features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, platform changes, abuse prevention, or product development.

6. Updates and Changes

Emoji Magia may receive updates that add, remove, rebalance, or modify content, features, compatibility, progression, virtual items, or technical requirements. Continued use after an update remains subject to the current version of this EULA.

7. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license may terminate if you materially violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. MOTHBLANK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOTHBLANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10. Privacy

Your use of Emoji Magia is also subject to the Emoji Magia Privacy Policy, which describes how information is processed by the game and its integrated services.
